Hwain Solution Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Jeong-su) has been a model of community support by continuing its sponsorship for 10 years to Seongmo Shinnaneun Ilteo, a vocational rehabilitation facility for people with disabilities located in Yeongin-myeon, Asan. The company’s support has been instrumental in enabling individuals with severe disabilities to sustain their vocational activities.
CEO Kim Jeong-su stated, “Seeing individuals with severe disabilities, who face challenges in finding employment at regular companies, work happily and confidently as full-fledged employees at Seongmo Shinnaneun Ilteo motivated us to offer our support, even if it is modest. We hope that Seongmo Shinnaneun Ilteo, established to enhance job welfare for people with severe disabilities in Asan, continues to evolve into a workplace where they can work joyfully.”
In response, Director Lee Young-mi of Seongmo Shinnaneun Ilteo expressed her gratitude, saying, “Thanks to Hwain Solution’s consistent support over the past 10 years, we were able to reinforce our production facilities to improve our product competitiveness and develop various programs for people with disabilities. This support has contributed to us achieving the highest growth rate in national sales and being recognized as the best facility in the national social welfare facility evaluation by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. We will continue to strive to provide sustainable employment for people with severe disabilities.”
Hwain Solution Co., Ltd., a local company specializing in the production of soundproofing and vibration-damping products for vehicles, has been supplying products to global automakers such as Hyundai/Kia Motors, GM Korea, and Renault Samsung Motors for the past 20 years.
Additionally, the company has been committed to co-growth with the local community, particularly through its long-standing support of Seongmo Shinnaneun Ilteo. For over 10 years, Hwain Solution has made regular donations amounting to tens of millions of KRW, including last year’s contribution of 12 million KRW, setting an example for others.
